GSJ Maintenance Ltd was the successful bidder for the first generation of Motorway Maintenance Contracts (MMaRC) for Network A, Greater Dublin Area.  Network A covers the M1, M2, M3, M7, M9 and M11 together with the M50 Interchanges and M50 Junction 14 to Junction 17.  For more information, click here

GSJ Maintenance Ltd is a joint venture of three major companies in the infrastructure development and management market – Spanish companies Globalvia and Sacyr along with Irish based Jons Civil Engineering Ltd.

Globalvia is a Spanish based consortium with headquarters in Madrid.  It is a worldwide infrastructure concession management leader, specialising in highways and railways, and currently manages 27 projects in 8 different countries including the USA.  Globalvia also has shareholdings in M50 Concession Limited and the N6 PPP Scheme in Ireland.

Sacyr is another Spanish based consortium whose headquarters are also in Madrid. Founded in 1986 it is a diversified group with international recognition and it encompasses four areas of activity, construction, infrastructure concessions and industrial services businesses.  In Ireland Sacyr is involved in the N6 PPP Scheme and the MMaRC.

Jons Civil Engineering Ltd has over 35 years’ experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects in Ireland, specialising in the execution of complex Civil Engineering projects including the Northern Cross Route (M50 J6), N2 Finglas to Ashbourne Road Scheme and the N4 Lucan Bypass Upgrade Scheme,  2007.  They have built up a large fleet of modern plant and have the capability of performing Earthworks, Drainage, Bridgeworks, Traffic Management, Piling (including Bearing Piles, Sheet-piling and Cofferdams),Railway Lines and Stations, and Marine Work.
